11:04 am	Turbo Fire Review Today I finished week one of the Turbo Fire review Workout. I received my package just last Wednesday and am eager to start this program. Instead of waiting to begin with it on Monday, I had thought we would start it last Wednesday, the same day I received my package through the UPS. Just One week to the workout, Chalene Johnson definitely won't disappoint. Up to now, I do believe this is probably the most fun workout I've ever done, specifically a house fitness DVD workout. The work outs are challenging, effective and fun. The music activity helps make the workouts better yet and keeps you motivated to push yourself harder. Week 1 of the Turbo Fire class schedule had me doing the following workouts: Day 1: Fire 30 and Stretch 10 Day 2: HIIT 15 and Stretch 10 Day 3: REST Day 4: Fire 30 and Stretch 10 Day 5: Fire 55 EZ Class Day 6: Fire 30 and Stretch 10 Day 7: Core 20 and Stretch 40 The numbers in the title per workout is short for the length of the workout within minutes. I do believe this is the great way to let people know the time each workout is. I started my day 1 workout while using Fire 30 class last Wednesday. My goal is to understand it up to the 80-85%. Again, the workout ended using the Stretch 10 class. She also had me doing many ab exercises that were awesome. One of the best area of the day though was the Stretch 40 class. The stretch 40 class is usually a combined yoga, stretching and meditation. I'm sure i thought this was just about the most critical and important workout of the week. Often personally I think that lots of people are not able to stretch enough during their workouts.
